- Preparing a study entitled (Management of Financing Small and Medium Industries Projects for Babylon Governorate in cooperation with Dr. Ahmed Al-Husseini for the account of the Council of Ministers for financing small and medium projects.
- Preparing the internal system of the University of Babylon, which was sent to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, discussed in the University Council, and approved by the Ministry.
- Presenting a project to develop and update the curricula of the faculties of administration and economics in Iraqi universities, which was approved and launched in my capacity as the head of the committee.
- Signing an agreement (memorandum of understanding) for the twinning program with the British University of Northampton and Liverpool John Mors in 2013 and sending our students and the first, second and third batches have graduated, and the two universities have awarded the top students with scholarships to complete their PhD.
- Holding a set of memoranda of understanding with various international, regional and Arab universities.
- Provides the level of classification of the University of Babylon according to the classifications of international and international institutions and organizations QS, THE, RUR, Creen matrics, 4 International College and Universities at the Iraqi, Arab, regional and global levels..
- Signing a memorandum of understanding with Northampton University to open a branch at the University of Babylon for the 2018-2019 academic year, accepting our first successful students in the second stage and completing the rest of the stages according to the system, rules and laws of Northampton University by teaching our professors and curricula and using the infrastructure of our university.
